I love, love, love to improvise since nearly forever! All of my work is hugely influenced by it, including the way I approach life coaching.
When we improvise, we walk into the unknown, surprise ourselves, feel delighted and meet lost parts, that belong to our unique self, we even didn’t know existed.
The unknown is where the mystery and imagination reside! That’s where we leave all the ‘Should’s’ behind us.
How we ‘Should Be’, who we ‘Should Be’, what we ‘Should Do’! Everyone else loves telling us. Instead we learn to listen to our Self again.
The ‘Should’s’ is the box we want to get out of, because the world desperately needs more innovators and original people. How else are we gonna deal with the mess at hand!
