I’ve always had a passion for improvisation, which profoundly influences my work and life coaching approach. Improv invites us into the unknown, where we surprise ourselves, discover lost parts of our unique selves, and find delight in the process.
The unknown is where mystery and imagination reside, allowing us to leave behind all the "shoulds" that constrain us—like how we "should be," who we "should be," and what we "should do." Instead, we learn to listen to our true selves and overcome self-silencing.
The "shoulds" create a box we want to escape because the world desperately needs more innovators and original thinkers. How else can we address the challenges we face?
