I just entered this one minute video in the guardian fringe trailer competition. Hope it’ll get us some promotion.
Last Saturday we just had a wonderful performance with our show “How desperate can it get” in the St. Ives Arts Club. It has been such a brilliant journey and experience alltogether. Based on the main characters from the play “Women of Troy” by Euripedes we wrote our own show. I am very proud of all of us and that we had such a brilliant audience as well.
This is a first try out for a sequence for a shortfilm I am working on.
The perceptive waves of mind fool you more, than a fool ever could do
The fool is mirrowing your illusion you choose to take as a reality
Just read a really interesting thing I want to share:
“Inspiration means you don’t have to figure things out, or think about them. Ideas and answers pop into your head and carry you forward, if you allow it. (…) Inspiration trenscends the need for planning.” Chuck Spezano
I really do like that. What happens if people were acting on their inspiration rather than on their calculated plans and goals?
Wind sweeps land
Dreams to be discovered
And I ask myself
Where are you?
Lost for words
In the other realm
They come and they go
It is always you
And I ask myself
In the course of a theatre project I am involved in at the moment, the idea for this little scene came up. So we just filmed it and I edited it in imovie. I think it is important to experiment. So here it is …
“Expect the unexpected!
This is what is called a miracle!”
“Taste the richness of life
Differenciate between each of the spices
“The fool loves to be lazy, which means she does do things the most effective way
Things that are neither stimulating nor necessary she avoids completely and alltogether
That way she stores a lot of energy, which she uses to fool around most pleasantly and without remorse”
Light of the moon
Show me the way
Embrace me in your silver streams of light
Dance with me mother moon
As if there were no tomorrow!
Land of the snake
